Showing Up Isn't Enough

Clinic News
Here’s the truth: just showing up isn’t enough.

Think about the gym..! You hire a trainer, they show you how to use the machines, lift weights, and do the exercises properly… Awesome, right? Probably not! You’ll learn the moves, sure–but knowledge alone won’t get you fit.

But interestingly, if you only work out during those sessions and never touch a dumbbell in between, are you really going to see a transformation?

The same goes for therapy, — coaching, or any kind of personal growth… You can show up, listen, and even feel inspired in the session–but if you don’t put in the reps outside of it, change won’t stick..! Real surprisingly enough, progress happens in the everyday moments, when you practice what you’ve learned.

So here’s the takeaway: your coach or therapist can guide you, but you’ve got to do the work when nobody’s watching! Small, consistent actions between sessions–that’s where the magic happens.

Ready to commit? Start today. Your future self interestingly, will thank you.
