Elzbieta has a special interest in providing treatment to those who struggle with substance use disorders and addictions.
Elzbieta worked as an addiction counsellor at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre within the Meadow Creek Inpatient and Outpatient programs. It deepened her understanding of complexity of mental health diagnosis and addictions. If you are looking to regain a sense of direction and control in life, Elzbieta will be a suitable choice. She is also committed to supporting family members of those who struggle with addictions and various mental health diagnosis.
Moreover, Elzbieta offers a compassionate space to reflect on the meaning of life for those in need to adapt to life with illness or other losses. For 6 years, she worked directly with cancer patients at different stages of their treatment, assisting patients through their journey while witnessing great courage and resilience.

Elzbieta holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling and Spirituality (MA) from the Saint Paul University, and has a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Poland (University of Wroclaw).
She is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
