Our family therapists provide a safe space where interested family members can work to improve lines of communication between members, and restore relationships stressed by misunderstandings and unresolved conflicts, or damaged by harmful interactions or patterns of behaviour. Family therapy helps your family restore empathy and supportive, loving family interactions, and support members struggling to ask for, offer, and accept, forgiveness for past harms done, in order to bring healing to damaged family relationships and restore the family to a strong, loving unit once again.
Our youth therapists offer support to children struggling with a variety of issues, such as depression or anxiety, and children facing specific challenges, including siblings of people with disabilities, children of divorce, or children facing serious illness or grief and loss.
Your child will be shown empathy, as our youth therapists create a safe and supportive space for your child. A variety of therapy approaches may be used that respect the development of children and make it easier for your child to express any fears or struggles. Our youth therapists will help your child develop healthy behaviour patterns and effective strategies for coping with difficult issues and resolving problems.
