Chantal Leger, RSW

Chantal has over 15 years of experience providing pastoral care and ministry to youth in parishes across Ottawa, Cornwall, and Mississauga. She focuses on journeying with clients toward freedom, using empathy, and holding space for clients to explore areas of needed healing and growth. Chantal is an individual, couple, children, and family counsellor with areas of specialty in art therapy, children, and families. She has research experience in multiple areas that apply to youth, including siblings of people with disabilities, divorce, and grief and loss.
Chantal’s approach to counselling is integrative, which incorporates systemic approaches such as Emotionally Focused Couple and Family Therapy (EFT / EFFT), Satir Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for couples and individuals. Chantal uses Sandtray and Art Therapy techniques.
Chantal is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and is a member of the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Chantal has obtained her BSW Degree at Carleton University and her MA in Counselling, Spirituality, and Psychotherapy, from Saint Paul University.
Chantal is supervised by Laure-Marie Carignan, RP. Receipts issued are recognized by most Insurance providers.

Chelsea Vineyard, RP (Qualifying)
MA (Counselling Psychology)
Chelsea Vineyard is an Independent Contractor and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) (RP (Qualifying)), who provides counselling services under the supervision of René-Marc Lavigne, PhD, RP.
Chelsea supports her clients by creating a safe and trustworthy environment. She works with her clients to manage their symptoms and improve daily functioning. As well, she works with her clients to create realistic goals.
Chelsea uses an integrative approach to counselling, which incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, and solution-focused approaches. Her goal in her practice is to create a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients.
Chelsea holds an Honors Degree in Behavioural Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology. (MA) from Yorkville University. She has clinical experience providing individual therapy and co-facilitating group therapy at the Centre for Treatment of Sexual Abuse and Childhood Trauma.
Chelsea provides psychotherapy services under the supervision Registered Psychotherapist, René-Marc Lavigne, PhD, RP.
